Our Team
Marsha Miller, Principal – Manager, CAM*, CMCA, AMS – is our Operations Manager and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in business law. Marsha is a licensed CAM (Community Association Manager) and also holds the CMCA and AMS credentials. In addition to property management, Marsha gained experience and skills that complement her role in the management industry as a Controller in Business and Construction, Accounting, and Early Childhood Education.
Craig Miller, Principal – Manager, CAM*, CMCA, AMS – became active in the industry in 2010. Craig holds an associate degree in general studies, is licensed by the state as a CAM (community association manager) and has earned the CMCA and AMS credentials. Craig’s extensive experience in the construction industry and time as a business owner has prepared him for the challenges of managing financials for each association while also directing maintenance operations.
Lisa Drake – Manager, CAM*, CMCA, AMS – joined our team in 2015. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology/Criminalistics, an Associate’s of Science, and an Associate’s of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology. With her experience Lisa is detail-oriented with respect to covenant compliance and is always striving to be the best she can be. In addition to working in the HOA industry, she has lived in a homeowners association for over 20 years, which gives her a great understanding of what works best for residents and the community. Lisa is a licensed Community Association Manager and is an excellent fit for our wonderful community management team.
John Gallagher – Manager, CAM*, CMCA, AMS – joined our team in 2018. John has lived in a homeowners association for over 20 years. John reigns from New York and has been in Colorado for 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management and has been involved in various aspects of community association operations and management for over 20 years with a proven track record of using strategic vision, management and organizational accountability to deliver results. John is a leader with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and employees to help ensure our success as a team.
Tina Martinez – Manager, joined the team in November 2018. Tina is our customer service representative and will make sure your questions and requests get to the correct team member. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor welcome each client as we strive to be the best community management company in Colorado. Tina is currently studying to take the state community association manager exam.
Christie Crowe – Manager, joined CPMS in 2023. She is an alumna of Colorado State University, where she earned a degree in Education. Christie successfully transitioned her career into a management role, and we are fortunate that she selected CPMS as her company of choice. Christie is studying to take the CMCA exam.
Tiffany Hitchler – Accounts Receivable Manager, CMCA – came aboard in 2016 andis the Accounts Receivable Accountant for our team. Tiffany possesses a Bachelor of Science in accounting and has been in the accounting industry since 1999. Her wide array of accounting experience makes her well-trusted in the accounting community as well as property management. We are very fortunate to have someone like Tiffany on our team.
Jennifer Lowther – Accounting Manager, CMCA – joined our team in 2016 and is the Accounts Payable Accountant for our team. Jennifer entered the Accounting field over 30 years ago and has been in HOA Accounting since 2000. Her experience makes her a valued member of our team and we are fortunate to have someone of her caliber with us.
Audri Marrs – Consultant, Real Estate Broker, graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. She went on to attend Montana State, playing volleyball and furthering her education in Psychology. After growing up in the industry Audri recently branched out to become a Managing Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker. We draw on her knowledge as a consultant to help take CPMS to the next level.
Lucia Perez – Customer Service Representative – joined CPMS in 2018 – she left for a period of time to care for her kids. She has returned to manage the HOA pools and recreation facilities that CPMS has been contracted to maintain. She is a proven customer service professional with a caring attitude that shines with every interaction.
Logan Miller, Certified Arborist – We are proud to announce that we have added a Certified Arborist to our family-focused, owned, and operated team. Prior to obtaining his certification, Logan gained extensive experience working as an HOA manager, while achieving his Bachelors of Science in Business from Colorado State University. His professional and friendly demeanor is appreciated by all of our clients.
